When contacting us, please give us your name, phone number and e-mail address; describe your problem and goal (if you have it) for Biofeedback training.

During consultation we’ll explain you training and answer to your questions about how it may help you for your symptoms control, performance issues or lifestyle problems, quantity of sessions, how much it will cost you and others that you may have.

Before taking training you definitely should contact your medical doctor for his approval. Preferably to obtain referral for Biofeedback training. Doctor’s referral for pain control is a must.

For our services we are offering programs of 7 and 12 sessions. Each program also includes 1 year support after completion of training by e-mail or phone call.

Training is going to be mainly on a weekly basis, 1 session per week. Duration of first initial session is up to 90 min., duration of following sessions then is 55 min. each. After completion the course in 1 month follow up session is preferable.

Please be aware that in order to get benefits Biofeedback training requires motivation and commitment for practicing techniques at home and applying techniques in any real-life situation

During following sessions:

Review your experience of practicing techniques

Education on certain topics, for instance, about stress control, how to incorporate techniques into daily routine, etc.
