Meet your instructor Felix

Felix Laevsky is a Biofeedback specialist, Registered breathing educator and mind-body techniques instructor. He has been training people in Mind- techniques since 1995 when body he started his career as the Buteyko Breathing Method Educator. More Here

His best experience and expertise are from 16 years (2005 – 2021), working as a Biofeedback therapist at the Center for Pain Management Shirley Ryan Abilitylab (formerly Rehabilitation institute of Chicago) He specialized in control of chronic pain and pain related symptoms, sleep problems, anxiety, stress, breathing problems and chronic tension. Is Biofeedback Safe?

Biofeedback is safe and non-invasive. There would be no painful sensations during training. While sensors are attached to your body, electrical signals from your body will go to Biofeedback equipment only. No signal will be sending to you from equipment!
