Parents observations and student testimonials

A happy mother’s observation of Biofeedback for her son for anxiety control and her son, college student testimonial

“My son was referred by his psychiatrist to Felix Laevsky for anxiety control by Biofeedback.

Biofeedback was new for me and I was a little skeptical. But I believe in his doctor and we decided to try Biofeedback. I watched in the room as my son participated in Biofeedback sessions with Felix. From session to session, I was becoming more and more convinced that Biofeedback was really the right training for my son and Felix was absolutely very good as his instructor. I could watch the physiological measurements that Felix was taking as they worked together on the techniques that Felix was teaching my son. I was very happy to see the positive changes demonstrated on the screen. In addition to hearing from my son how much better and less anxious he was feeling after sessions, I could see how much better he was doing as I watched the measurements that Felix recorded. It is amazing to see how much progress my son has made with Felix.

I would definitely recommend to parents that they let their children go for Biofeedback training as a very effective complementary training for anxiety control. One more recommendation is to work with Felix as a very professional Biofeedback specialist who you may trust!

MW, a happy mother”

From e-mail that “a happy mother” sent in 3 months after her son completion a training:

“The techniques he learned from you were a huge help during the semester, especially finals!”

A happy mother’s son, college student”

“I started biofeedback therapy to help with anxiety. Biofeedback specialist Felix Laevsky is very easy to work with and I looked forward to our biofeedback sessions. Working with Felix has allowed me to maintain a very low level of anxiety medication and I have made tremendous progress toward feeling less anxious and tense in my everyday life. I have learned new techniques to use when I am feeling anxiety in college”.

A satisfied mother’s observation

“My 12-year-old daughter has been seeing Felix for about 10 sessions, and I can’t speak highly enough about the care and support he’s provided. He’s been incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the process, creating a comfortable space where she feels safe and understood. What stands out most is how Felix introduces a variety of biofeedback strategies and works collaboratively with her to find the ones that suit her best. He respects her autonomy and encourages her to discover what works for her body and mind, which has been empowering for her.

We’ve seen real progress, and more importantly, she’s gained tools she can carry with her long-term. Felix has made a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful”.

From student:

“I liked biofeedback because I learned to control and understand my body. Felix was very patient, supportive, and helpful, and all of those things combined helped me get better at what I was learning. I liked biofeedback because I learned many breathing techniques and learned to apply them to everyday tasks in life. Because I learned these techniques, my ADHD and anxiety got better. When I was feeling stressed and nervous, I used breathing techniques to ground myself and focus. Also, when I had a lot of energy and I was fidgeting, I used the breathing techniques to calm down. Using the techniques to help me get better at dealing with problems in general. In the end, I would say that biofeedback was a great experience, and I am glad that I did it.
